"Gazing at the landscape"
The three-day cultural Paros festival for the fourth consecutive year, guides us to a different Paros and invites us to discover the island through a series of original and innovative cultural activities. The fourth edition of the Paros Festival focuses on the landscape.
How can we understand the people of a place through its landscape? What information does the landscape image give us about human activity and the relationship of each culture with its natural environment? What role does the memory of the landscape play in the reminiscence of a favorite place? How much does the change of our landscape affect us? The way of life and the connection of the inhabitants with their environment is at the center of the rich and original program of cultural actions, which has been carefully designed to welcome young and old, visitors and locals. During the three-day festival there will be exhibitions of contemporary art with the participation of important visual artists, a series of educational programs, experiential workshops, guided tours and visits to historic buildings of the traditional settlement. The program is complemented by concerts, theatrical and musical events. Friday 16, Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 July 2021 Free admission to all events.
